Although I wanted more crazniess to come from Burton, I enjoyed this movie. Burton gave the female leads the empowerment they needed and I thought Alice was wonderful. I felt that there could've been more... explanations, but it is Underland after all where nothing makes sense. So, watch it with a no-sense making mind.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
