IMAX was broken

We’ve been trying to see this moving for quite some, always sold out and couldn’t get a baby sitter. We finally decided to go individually, I went first.
Got to the theater, waited on line to get in and 15 minutes before show time a manager came over and said they were having technical difficulties with the IMAX and could not show the movie. Then, had to wait on another line to get my ticket refunded.
So far this movie’s been a lot of hype and inconvenience.
