Being old enough to remember George Reeves and then Christopher Reeve many years later each in their superb role as Superman, I didn't think anyone would ever be able to bring back the magic of this heroic character again. I was wrong...Henry Cavill restores Superman with renewed life in full splendor. I hope to see Henry up on the big screen again in the near future.
Pros superman reborn
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Dinesh D'Souza offers interesting personal background on President Barack Obama I did not know before. He seems to be on a thoughtful track suggesting the basis for Barack's beliefs and motivations, and then he abruptly sends us down a slide toward despair. Dinesh's observations are worth noting, but they are inconclusive. Admittedly Barack's profile is well off the beaten path for that typical of the US Presidency. Regardless we do not elect an individual to this high office in this country; we elect a Party. Speaking as an Independent, the Democratic Party's decisions made in the past four years were balanced factoring in the weakened US economy, the world economy and worldly affairs Americans no longer have the luxury of ignoring and/or remaining uneducated about. Dinesh incites a bit less than Michael Moore but not by much.
Pros informative
Cons inconclusive, precipitous
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Familiar story of course with liberties taken by the writers and 3D is a plus in this case. However it's another big score for Sam Worthington who seems to be taking the movie industry by storm. Terminator Salvation, Avatar and then Clash of the Titans...what's next Sam? Keep it up!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Very entertaining movie...no surprise to me it's going to fill up theater auditoriums. The goofy robot humor was a bit much and I could have done without the corny predictable 'don't die because I love you' scene. However his Mom's and his roommates humor had me laughing my head off and the movie kept me on edge from start to finish.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

As action flicks go Terminator Salvation both exceeds expectations and succeeds in continuing a familiar story. Christian Bale and Sam Worthington deliver stellar perfomrances both with intense feeling and a powerful sense of hope. To not see another episode of this sci-fi classic would be tragic.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
