My girlfriend and I finally got around to seeing Avatar after hearing all the hype for nearly two months. We decided to see it in 3D Imax due to recommendations from friends. I'm generally very critical of movies even more so for science fiction movies that tend to be corny or have real bad acting. Avatar has neither. I have to say that for once a movie far exceeded the hype. Great story, great acting, breathtaking scenery, well choreographed action. I can't say enough about this movie.
