This was one of those films where the hype was bigger than the film itself. Aside from the fact that it had a great cast, setting, and extreme special effects the movie was pointless. There was no valid story line, and you had to carefully follow any dialogue just to make sure you could piece everything together. What is the background of the ferel boy? How do you go from a ferel boy to a werewolf? If his mother was such a big deal to him why wasn't she portrayed more? I feel that this film just tried to fit as much blood and gore as it could in its running time. They didn't make me feel any sympathy for the beast or his love.They could have done so much more with the storyline.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
