I was very disappointed with this film. Based on the interviews I have seen and read from Johnny Depp I thought this film was going to go much deeper into the character of John Dillinger. Juxtaposing his behavior as to the Great Depression. This is simply a period piece of cops and robbers like the film he went to watch starring Clark Gable "Blackie".
No, I do not recommend this movie.
