I am a fan of sci-fi and action movies, and picked this movie based on the fact that its based on a post-apocalypse era. A slight spoiler alert : The book of eli is better titled 'the bible', however since many non-religious people might be turned away by such a title, they named it 'the book of eli'. There is some action and interesting characters in the movie that keep one entertained, and there are some interesting dialouges that make you think and reflect on life and on the value of natural resources. Its a watchable movie if you ignore some of the scenes that make no common sense (like many other hollywood movies). Its just an average movie, If you have no other choice, you can watch this one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
