Very Entertaining and deserving of the hype

I do not frequently go out to the movies but the hype for Avatar inticed me to take the family out for this one.
I was not disappointed. The setting of Pandora was wonderfully done. An imaginative planet that was brought to life with top notch computer graphics and the integration between real actors and computer generated characters was done better than I have ever seen.
The premise of a crippled man being a hero whos mind transends itself into a character that is physically inspiring was a nice twist.
Despite the length, the movie did not really have any slow points or scenes that were unnecessary.
