I had been looking forward to this since early 2009 and I couldn't be more disappointed. If you love the book like I do, most likely the movie will bore you. I cried like a baby during the book but the movie was just so different. If you're not an avid Sparks fan; I could see how you would love the movie. It is definitely not worth seeing in theaters, I recommend renting it later on. I just don't understand why Hollywood always changes Sparks' storylines because they are perfect in the first place.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
