You must like Sci Fi to fully enjoy

This movie was hyped up so much to me that it was somewhat of a let down when I finally saw it. I saw the 3D Imax version which may not have been a plus for me. The glasses were huge and drove me crazy all movie long. The special effects were amazing but the story line was just ok. I am not a huge fan of sci fi movies so maybe I should not have gone but I enjoy seeing any and all movies that are up for an Oscar. My kids have seen this 3 and 4 times. Once is def enough for me.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
