Too lengthy and melodramatic

Commercially, The movie very subtlety targets 2 type of Indians: NRIs and non-NRIs. The NRIs identify themselves with the different locations and events of US whereas the non-NRIs appreciate the same.
Pros:
1. SRK and Kajol have delivered stellar performances in this movie.
2. Add that with the strong message this movie spreads.
Cons:
1. Khan is shown too good to be identified with. He's almost superhuman.
2. Too lengthy and melodramatic. Like those 70s movies when superstar Rajesh Khanna used to die of TB and the whole thater cried when that happened.

Outstanding visual effects, moderate story

I liked the movie but not to the extent as many others did. The story is quite cliché with girl falling for infantile guy, antagonist against bureaucracy and victory of environmentalists. I would say T-2 is Cameron's best movie ever followed by Titanic.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
