Visually arresting and ultimately moving . . . . especially for animal lovers . . . the story had to simple and straightforward . . . . there were so many "fabricated cultural" aspects to it that it could easily have gone awry were Cameron trying to be Truffaut, too!!!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
