Not as Good as I'd Hoped

I didn't read the book, but I was dying to see this movie. It was not at all as I'd hoped. I was expecting more of a passionate love story and I guess it was, but it just wasn't that great. Only a couple parts that actually felt like the characters were in love. The story line was really strange. It was pretty much The Notebook only The Notebook was so much better.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
