Predictable Plot

Avatar will not change the way I view or think about movies. The hype for this flick was too over the top and the plot and character development were rather simple. The 3D was cool but didn't in my opinion add that much to the movie. Another sticking point was why was the character of "Grace" (Sigourney Weaver) smoking? What did that add to the plot? Nothing! Finally, if this story is set in the future (2025?) what makes James Cameron believe that the "fist bump" will still be around? Wishful thinking?
Yes, I recommend this movie.
