Part 2 had its moments, but not nearly enough to let it stand on its own.

Best Batman Ever

It may be a bit long, but the action never ends, and Heath Ledger is unbelievable-- totally different (and darker) than Nicholson's Joker. Probably helps to see Batman Begins to totally appreciate all of the characters in this movie.
