I thought that this movie was absolutely amazing. I do not like war movies at all and usually shun them, however considering the theme and the hype I considered it worth looking at. I loved it! And I am pretty picky and sometimes critical. The fact that the hero's fallow their hearts and that the victim/underdogs win helps a lot to mitigate the violence. It has moved into my top 3 favorite movies.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
