Moving experience

Most important, this film did not feel phony, it provides a honest, exciting, and moving experience in which I, the viewer, feel as though I am part of it.
The storyline, acting, and visual experiences make this an unforgettable film/experience.
Unfortunately, I saw the 3-D version and am still struggling with eye pain the next morning.. leading to a decision to only view non-3-D versions in the future.
Additional note: having Sigourney Weaver, who in her younger years fought the Alien, now as an older scientist reaching out to seeking to understand these aliens was a superb casting decision and added to the identification with the content of the film.
