High Expectations lead on to False Hopes

I had high expectations from this movie. After watching it, I felt that I could have utilized my time better. The story was not new. While special effects was good, it was not something which could hold the movie together. The direction could have been better. For example, at one point 5 people kill the ice cream guy with no care for ammunition, but when the time comes to fire, they stay inside and see the other guy die. Michael (the good angel) while trying to save the girl (Audrey) goes out with machine guns blazing but then quickly throws them away and pulls out pistols? How would they be more efficient that a machine gun? A sophisticated mace is all that the angels have for weapons?
No, I do not recommend this movie.
