If you've been a fan of Sherlock your whole life and you love London, this is your movie. The cinematography is wonderful, the pace is headlong, and the interplay between Holmes and Watson is delightful. Readers of the books will recognize some of the dialogue, straight from the original stories. Watching Robert Downey Jr. is a joy.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
