I have seen some really lame movies and bad acting in my day...but "The Box" should receive an Academy Award for the biggest waist of time. Did Cameron Diaz owe someone a favor? A career destroying favor? Did she loose a bet? Did she have to learn how to act that bad?
Did they give Gillian Jacobs the job so she could afford to get her teeth fixed? God, I hope so. The dude with half a face didn't look as bad as her. But, I see why she was cast in the part...they needed her to get the PG13 rating. OOOOHH! Scary!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Save your money for the hot poaker to stick in your eye. It will hurt less then being violated by this movie. I got up and left 10 minutes into the thing. I seriously felt ill and I am no prude.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
