Like many of the others I was pleasantly suprised by the movie, I had guessed from the previews that the book was a Bible, the fact that it was printed in braile was a curve. I also enjoyed the acting, Denzel and Gary were great as to be expected, Mila Kunis' part was better than expected, because all the critics said she could not hold her own with Washington and Oldman, but I saw her character grow from an exploited innocent to an eyes wide open adult.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
