DON'T PAY FOR THE 3D!!!!!

The movie was absolutly awesome, however, there just is not enough action to make it worth 3D. In my opinion, the 3D idea only gets people to pay an extra $5 a ticket. If this were a big action flick like Avatar, then the 3D would have been great. The movie just doesn't have enough action to give it that 3D wow factor. I would have given it a 5 if it were a regular movie. The 3D, not worth the extra money.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Was just way off base

Some moments were scary but the special effects made me laugh. Vampire death=exploding a blood-filled water balloon, splat!! It was not supposed to be funny yet it amused me, didn't scare me. The plot was interesting and could have been an awesome movie if it were better developed. People were killed with no explanation, many loose ends and questions. At the end, I loudly whispered, "are you serious? That's it?" and many fellow disappointed movie goers in the rows behind me laughed and agreed. Don't waste a movie ticket, rent it if you have a few hours to kill.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
