Epic in every way

Amazed to find a sold out show after release a month ago, I was excited to see Avatar in IMAX 3-D. It was truly an immersion into another world and another way of living that will stay with me always. The plot wasn't all that original, it reminded me of Fern Gully on steroids! But the environment on Pandora, the relationship of the people to their god and their planet, and the similarity to the struggles here between indigenous people and western greed....all resonated.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
