Disappointment to those who loved the book

Ok... I am 37 years old and have enjoyed Harry Potter more than any grown person should. The books (particularly the audiobooks) have been some of the best I've read. And while each of the films have been a bit of a disappointment because in each case the book was sooooo much better, I thought this time would be different. What, with TWO films dedicated to the book, I just knew I would be in for a treat that would be true to the book....NOT!! I can't believe I took off from work and everything to see the film first. Ah well.... Others who had not read the book that were in the theatre with me really enjoyed it; really because they didn't know what they didn't know. Also, the ending seemed abrupt. I think they should have ended the film at a different part.
And so, I am ending this review.... abruptly.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

In addition to being the greatest visually stimulating movie EVER, it is a clear reminder of who we are to one another and the world we inhabit. It is particularly poignant in light of the tragedy in Haiti and the need for all of us to preserve our dying planet. Resources are so abundant in this country and we cant fathom life without them. And we think that in times of less we can simply take from wherever we choose. This movie has a strong if not repetitive message and we need to heed....
Yes, I recommend this movie.
