What makes The Secret Life Of Bees a great movie is not only the heartwarming story it tells, but also the wonderful performances from Queen Latifah, Dakota Fanning, Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys. Go check out this movie and watch your spirits get lifted. You will love it!

BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA

I originally had no intentions of seeing of this movie. But after seeing Disney's previous dog-themed movies, "Eight Below" and "Underdog", I thought I give Beverly Hills Chihuahua a try and I really liked it a lot. It's cute, it's funny and it's enjoyable.

EAGLE EYE: THE IMAX EXPERIENCE

I absolutely loved EAGLE EYE! It is The Fugitive, Enemy Of The State and Disturbia put together. Like Disturbia, EAGLE EYE is also directed by D.J. Caruso and it is clearly Shia LeBeouf's best movie since their previous work together. Go check it out (and at an IMAX theater if you can.)! You will not be disappointed!

FLASH OF GENIUS

Greg Kinnear gives his best performance to date as a man who fights the Ford Motor company. It is based on the story of his courageous efforts to take the car company to court because they want to take full credit for his invention, the intermittent windshield wipers. The story line is powerful and it is unbelieveable to see what Kinnear goes through as he fights the Ford Motor Company, knowing that the odds are stacked against him. Flash Of Genius is a true must-see movie.

NICK AND NORAH'S INFINITE PLAYLIST

Michael Cera does not top his performance is Juno and the story line here is just a recycle of past teen movies like Superbad and Clueless. Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist is one playlist you can definitely skip.

FIREPROOF

Fireproof is a very good film! Kirk Cameron plays a firefighter who turns to his parents and the power of God to save his marriage. The story line was incredible and the story line shows that having faith in God can save you from any situation. If you want to see your spirits get lifted, go see this movie!

CITY OF EMBER

Despite that City Of Ember was another kids adventure, I feel that this film does not meet the standards set by the Harry Potter, Lord Of The Rings and Narnia films. Bill Murray and Tim Robbins were miscast here and the story line was a little too boring for me. It might great for the kids. However, City Of Ember is one of those movies where you can wait until it comes out on DVD.

MORNING LIGHT

This morning is one of the most inspiring films I've seen in a long, long time. I truly enjoyed the stories told by the young sailors before, during and after their journey. Morning Light is a movie that truly lifts your heart and the story line here tells you that you can indeed sail to anywhere you want to go in life, if you put your mind and heart into it. I wish all the young people in this film the best of luck with their future plans. You will absolutely love this film! Go check it out!

WILL SMITH DOES IT AGAIN!

Will Smith does it again as "HANCOCK", a homeless man turned superhero. But then again, I was not suprised that this was a great movie since anything Will Smith does for Columbia Pictures (Men In Black, Bad Boys 2, Hitch, The Pursuit of Happyness) turns out to be a hot one! So go check out "HANCOCK"!

Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy are excellent in the most action-packed sci-fi film I've seen in a long time! The action scenes leave you on the edge of your seat in the tradition of The Matrix movies!
