Worth seeing, but choose your seat!

Avatar 3D in IMAX was a great event, and a worthwhile experience. The movie plot itself, while similar to Dances with Wolves and heavy on the 'slightly crazy evil military leader' aspect, had a fast pace, and WONDERFUL effects. I had to keep ducking as foreground objects would float into my field of vision during action scenes!One reservation I had concerns the whole IMAX experience. I cannot beleive that ANYONE could fully enjoy the IMAX experience while being in the first 4 rows. During several points in the movie, I purposefully looked away from the action to see what the sides of the screen held, and it was indeed beautiful. I don't see why the theatre would let people sit in those seats, since they will likely not enjoy the experience
Yes, I recommend this movie.
