My husband and I are not usually movie goers but several friends and family said Avatar was a must see. Apprehensive, my husband and I and our Marine son decided to go last night.
The IMAX 3D gave more insight, the glasses were not a problem after all.
All of us were wowed with the graphics and beauty and animation. I loved it as a "love story" plus our son and husband loved the war stuff and lots of action. Very good actors.
The only negative was 2.75 hours was too long, though it was worth it, never got bored either.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
