Not a blockbuster.

Was expecting more from this movie. Funniest part was when she tazered him. Underlying drama was totally unexpected. Ending was also unexpected but nice.

Great chic-flic

Was expecting this to be a chic-flic, so I wasn't disappointed. Even though the title insinuates a "Dear John" letter, I was surprised when he finally received it. And I expected that the engagement was to the preppie. Although I was close to tears at several points in the movie, it was his talk with his father in the hospital that made them flow. I just lost my dad 4 weeks ago and those times spent by his bedside came flooding back. I would defintely buy the dvd.
