If you're going to the movies for a great story line, Academy Award winning acting, and intense dialogue then don't see this film! However, if you want a night filled with Action, Explosions, and to see some of the Greatest action heroes to walk the Earth then this film is for you! The opening sequence is fantastic followed by a few dull moments but all leading to an epic battle that will have you on the edge of your seat. The humor thrown in makes for an added bonus and the way these aging heroes interact with each other on camera is amazing.
Now, am I probably being biased? Yes! I'm a huge Stallone, Willis, Norris and Arnold fan so this was perfect for me. If your favorite movie is the Notebook and you enjoy quiet eveings at home then this movie will rank low in your rankings. If you need dense plot and a storyline that will allow you to read into every detail then order Mr Hollands Opus and call it a day. For those of you who want a night of action go see this film!!!!! and while your there..throw back a few cold ones as well and enjoy a great summer action hit!!!
