I thought the story line, the casting and the pace were spot-on. The CGI was off-putting at first, but the actions and characterizations were good enough to allow you to lose yourself in the movie.I believe that the lead character was a bit wooden and the Colonel was so stereotyped as to be cartoonish (reminiscent of Chip Hazard of "Small Soldiers"), but Weaver, Saldana and Rodriguez were great.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
