Visually Stunning Idiocy

The two stars are for the special effects only. The movie was visually amazing. It was like a feast for the eyes. But that was the only redeeming quality to this movie. If it had not been for that, I would have walked out 20 minutes into the movie. Same old plot line, same cheesy writing, different planet. Boy goes on adventure, boy meet girl, boy saves world, blah blah blah. The sad thing is that the same mindless audience keeps eating it up over and over and over again.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
