Good Movie/Poor proceedure

I loved the movie. I wanted to buy tickets for my grandkids to see it, which I did on line. Then I am informed I had to send the credit card with them or they would not get the tickets. Thanks a lot for nothing. I had to take a hour and drive 60 miles to show a clerk my credit card just so he would give them their tickets. Figure out a better way to do this or I'll never buy a ticket through you again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
