3D is overkill

The movie itself is absolutely wonderful, the story is very good, and it is technically amazing. But it does not feel like it was designed to be in 3D. As far as the 3D went, I felt like the previews were more realistic and lifelike than the actual movie. Overall, definitely a movie to see on the big screen, but do not bother paying the extra for 3D. (if you can find it in IMAX 2D SEE IT, the imax part of it is incredible)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
