Good first half

The first half of Avatar is spectacular. The effects are awesome. The world of Pandora is beautifully imagined. The second half is too violent and noisy and the stereotypes of bad military, good scientists and spiritual alien natives were just too much for me. Greatly enjoyed the 3D effects at first but was dizzy by the time Avatar was over.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
