Great SFX.....but

The SFX were great, but the plot was weak and overall the film was just dark. With a movie like Avatar you're taken out of reality and transported to another place. Not so with Tron.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Saw this in 3D on a regular screen...loved it....theater broke into applause as credits rolled. Going again, this time in IMAX 3D. It's really worth a second viewing. The CGI effects are immersive environments...like diving into a warm welcoming sea. The colors of the jungle are spectacular....greens...blues....browns.....OMG. Creatures are thunderous and exciting.....surround sound amplifies and highlights this quality. Don't let yourself miss this one. I hope it's only the start of many more like it....and not only Avatar sequels.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
