Don't bother unless it's 3D

This movie is eye candy, that's it. If you're going to see this movie see it in 3D because that's the only reason I didn't walk out. The visuals and action are amazing.
The story is terrible. It portrays the military, big business, and humans in general as nature destroying, blood thirsty, money loving monsters. It paints soldiers especially as idiots. If you're a tree hugger you will probably love it. The story arc is as predictable as can be on top of it all.
The humor is just as bad, I never laughed once at the corny puns and goofy one liners. Even humor in kids movies can get me to laugh, but this was just bad.
I recommend it only for the ride, put on your 3D glasses and enjoy the view, don't expect anything more.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
