The 3 D was really the only good thing about this movie. The actual story was lame and so obviously propagandized that my spouse & I were laughing during parts of it. If Cameron wanted to make a point, he should have given the audience some things to think about instead of insulting our intelligence by being so blatant & over-stated. Making a big deal out of the Avatars having to speak English, the not-so-subtle dialog about corporate America going after whatever they want in spite of the consequences (you mean oil???), the military being composed of people who are trigger happy sadists, etc. etc. etc. The best movies are non-politicized. If it wasn't so comical to us, we would have given it zero stars.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
