While the special effects are spectacular, the story is well written and well acted. It is certainly a thought provoking movie causing one to question the way Western civilization has chosen to view people and cultures much different from its own. The words, beleifs, and the ritual acts of the Navi echo Native American ways especially when an animal is killed for food and the hunter offers a prayer of thanks to the animal for providing itself as an offering. Do not miss this film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
