This was one of the best pieces of filmmaking that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this movie (especially in the IMAX 3D form) to everyone.

One of the Best Star Trek movies ever.

I have been a long-time fan of the Star Trek series and series of movies, although I wouldn't quite call myself a 'Trekker'. Despite the fact that this was an entirely different cast and crew, it just felt right...these guys felt like younger selves of the characters we've all come to know and love.
The story is fast-paced and has you on the edge of your seat for most of the movie. I will definitely go to see it again.
Of all the Trek movies, I would rank this as my second favorite of all time, just behind The Wrath of Khan.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
