I wasn't expecting to like the movie and hoped to be able to at least enjoy the period of the movie. Frankly, I was lost most of the time and were it not for the fact that I had my wife to ask about what was going on would have been more lost.
I guess if you like the story and the book then you will probably like the movie. I'm told it is very true to the book.

Inception in Imax The only way to go

Visually Stunning and deserving of the IMAX touch. For my money, IMAX is the only way to go for effects movies.
Inception is hard to follow. It helps if you have a basic understanding of the concept and know what each of the main players is supposed to be(that is each one is a "specialist").
I'm going again.
