SO DISAPPOINTED in AVATAR! It's just a good guys vs bad guys, shoot-em-up WAR movie . . with TONS of violence/killing, and in the end, winners and losers - the good ol' American way - just with special effects, interesting visuals and a few twists. When is our culture going to start ingraining the concept of caring, cooperation and peaceful resolution of problems?????? And another thing, the "spiritually correct aliens" were ultra-tall, uber-thin and overly sexualized - another perpetuation of the unfortunate concept of beauty in our culture!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
