I liked the movie as a whole, but the actor who played the apprentice was getting on my nerves and was a poor actor. I wish they would have chosen another actor to play his part. The special effects were very good. Nicholas Cage was great as always. I'll probably add this to my DVD library for my wife and daughter, but if I were alone, I wouldn't buy it.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
