This movie addresses some interesting issues, such as being fired and its affect on ordinary people, focusing on a company that comes in and takes care of the firing as outsiders. There is a lot of potential in the idea, but too much was predictable and the ending was simply "flat." The main redeeming feature is definitely George Clooney, whose acting was subtle and believable -- this may be one of his best roles, but he is wasted in this film.
