Great effects, predictable story

This would only be worthwhile in the IMAX 3D experience. The effects are terrific and the created language is impressive. I actually thought more of the animals, weapons, etc. would "jump" out into the audience, but nevertheless it is worth seeing for the effects.
The story is totally predictable and requires a suspension of disbelief in several areas, but then it's a sci-fi movie. One hopes that the human race will have evolved a bit more in another 150 years as the earth humans seem to be fairly stereotypical good and bad guys. But it was a fun experience.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
