Overall this film was ok but I saw it in the 3D IMAX experience. Some family members had explained how they knew others had spun-out with vertigo watching this in IMAX 3D. I could see how that could happen and went anyways. It was cool! The story line is pure childrens fiction with some sci-fi and weaker special effects thrown in but the acting was ok for the roles they cast. Not that they were believeable but hey the entire plot is fiction. The story gets only half my score including it's special effects. But if you don't mind childrens-science-fiction and can stomach theme park roller coasters you will appreciate why I gave this rating 5 stars.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
