This movie was awesome. Laughs for the kids AND the parents-- lots of references to the 1980's. I love that this movie didn't take itself seriously. (how could it? It's a Muppet movie.) Lots of fun actor cameos and equally fun musical dance numbers (I'd go see the movie again just to see 'Am I a Man or a Muppet?') rounded out a fun family movie experience.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great! Action Packed!

When I saw the previews, I wasn't sure I wanted to see this movie. But then I kept hearing how awesome it was. The story line was a bit predictable at times (not necessarily a bad thing) but the effects were amazing. I love the personal growth of Jake. I highly recommend this movie.
