My whole family loved it, but probably because we're all over the age of six. Parents were taking their children out of the theatre. The ones that stayed were crying and saying things like "Mommy, I'm scared". It was pretty dark for Disney, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. It's good to see a different side of Disney, especially considering it stayed so true to the book. It was fun to see the ways that the ghosts embodied Jim Carrey. I loved it and wish I could go see it again <3
Yes, I recommend this movie.
