Clearly, this movie is all about showcasing Robert Downey Jr. I'm a big fan of his, but I thought the close ups of him were a little over the top.
Excellent story line, that filled in the blanks quite admirably. Rachel McAdams was wonderful in her role as was Mark Strong ( I loved his character). I thought Jude Law was a little lost in his role or maybe the role was tool lite for an actor of his acclaim.
Clearly this moview is a set up for the sequel which seems to be Mr. Downey's new role in life(play characters in recurring roles).
However, an excellent film, especially the photography and soundtrack. I would definitely recommend this film to friends and family, with the caveat that you really have to be a Robert Downey Jr. fan.
