3D is awesome!

Actors: Superb...English actors always bring depth to a storyline. Johnny Depp just can't be type casted (fortunately!)! There could not have been another Mad Hatter! Only negative actor...Anne Hathaway. She just does not have the animation required for this genre. Two preferable considerations could have been Amy Adams ("Enchanted"- Giselle) who is very animated and Tilda Swinton ("Narnia" - white witch) would have both been excellent choices. Blue Caterpillar (Severus Snape in Harry Potter) was cast perfectly with his unusual intonation and rhythm in speech. I loved all the actors and costumes. This movie was perfectly suited for 3D with all the action occurring in and around forests a lot of the time.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
