Forget the story line...Its a cross between Dances With Wolves and Larry Niven's "Ringworld" books. No subtlety at all...Every character is 2 dimensional. It is blatant anti-Colonialism, anti-American, anti-Business and, therefore, totally predictable. But go see this movie anyway...as long as you see it in IMAX 3-D. The computerized cinematography is nothing short of stunning. I wouldn't watch it on television or even in a 2-D theater setting, but it is the reason why IMAX 3-D exists....
Yes, I recommend this movie.
